Spring Grove House is an 18thC Grade II listed building that was the home of famous botanist Sir Joseph Banks. The house was restored and transformed for educational use and conference purposes as part of the comprehensive redevelopment of the entire campus, with the main function rooms available for hire by outside parties.

The main rooms comprising the Music Room, the Captain Cook Room, the Banks Room, the Directors Room, the Board Room, the main Entrance Hall and the spectacular Winter Garden were all carefully restored. The original paneling, decorative plaster ceilings, stained glass, marble and mosaic finishes were all repaired but also adapted to accommodate modern teaching and presentation equipment to provide the highest quality facilities for the college and other local users.
