Cranberry Farm is a new pub built to serve the new town of Cranbrook near Exeter airport in Devon. It offers all day informal dining and a traditional pub atmosphere for the newly established residential and business community of Cranbrook in a traditionally styled building designed in the manner of a 2 storey farmhouse with an attached barn, very much in the local vernacular of the Devon countryside.

The main dining area is accommodated within in a spectacular oak framed barn while the lower ceilinged bar areas are lined with brick and stone paved floors, timber panelled walls and open fireplaces. The building incorporates the local Devon Redstone in its construction and the exterior is lime washed in the natural pink colour of the local clay soil so that the new building sits comfortably and naturally into the landscape, providing a warm and welcoming social focus for the new community of Cranbrook.
